30-day returns
If you are not happy with your Flikk order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
